UPDATE:
The situation along Scenic Drive between 1 Avenue South and Highway 3 has been resolved. The public may resume regular use of the area. As this matter is related to a mental health issue, no further information will be released.

Police are currently on scene at a high risk incident. North and south-bound traffic along Scenic Drive between 1 Avenue South and Highway 3 is being redirected.

Police are asking the public to stay away from the area at this time.
