Police seeking public assistance to identify robbery suspect

Lethbridge Police are seeking the public’s assistance to identify an unknown male in connection with a commercial robbery.

On January 27, just after 8:30 p.m., a male entered a liquor store along Mic Mac Boulevard, selected some alcohol and attempted to leave without paying. When the clerk locked the doors, the subject threatened to assault him. The doors were subsequently unlocked and the male fled the scene.

Surveillance images are included for release and anyone who recognizes the male is asked to call police at 403-328-4444 and reference case 25001599.

The investigation is ongoing.
